Introduction of PCL Sand making machine:
PCL Sand making machine is a kind of advanced stone-crushing equipment in home and abroad with high-efficiency, which is designed by adopting the “stone-beating-stone ” theory and technology from Barmac Company of America. The sand-making machine is widely used for crushing hard and brickle materials including various minerals, abrasive material, refractory material, cement, quartz, iron ore, etc. It is specially suitable for making sand for buildings, road building. The PCL sand-making machine consists of inlet, material-scattering device, whorl crushing chamber, impeller, main shaft, base, transmission drive, motor, etc.

Usage of PCL Sand making machine:
The PCL crusher is widely used in many kinds of minerals, cement, refractory material, bauxite chamotte, carborundum grain, glass raw material, artificial construction sand, stone and all kinds of metallurgy slag, especially carborundum, sintered bauxite, magnesite, etc with features of high hardness and anticorrosion. This series of crushers are more productive than other kinds of crushers. 

Working principles of PCL Sand making machine:
Materials fall from the upper part of machine to impeller which rotates at a high speed. Under great centrifugal force, they hit materials scattered around the impeller. After hitting each other at a high speed, there forms a vortex between impellor and shell, and materials hit each other several times, finally smaller pieces come out through outlet downward, then go to vibrating screen which controls the size of final product.

2. high crushing ratio with low consumption;
3. function of fine crushing and crude grinding;
4. slightly influenced by moisture content of material, and the max moisture content is about 8%;
5. more suitable for crushing mid-hardness and high-hardness materials;
6. cubic shape of final products, high density of piling up and low iron pollution;
7. more wearable and easier maintenance;
8. low working noise (lower than 75 decibel) and light dust pollution.
